Sally’s top well-being tips:
- Find your why. Take the time to figure this out because it can be a game changer for your whole life.
- Human connection. Find your tribe of people who don’t drain your energy. Do what it takes to find them and to maintain that connection with them.
- Choose growth over comfort. Once you sit with discomfort and work through it, you will grow and learn so much about yourself.
