Find Out How You Perform!

When you think of judging the performance of you or your team, what immediately comes to mind? For a lot of us, high performance is about quarterly or yearly results, profits, hitting KPI’s on projects, how we went on our performance plans and so on.

But what if I told you those things (results) are only one part of performance?

There is a lot about high performance that is invisible – as my friend and colleague, sports psychologist Dr Kirsten Petersen says, “We need to make the invisible visible”.

What are the other essential elements of high performance that you might not currently have on your radar?

What opportunities to lift performance might you be missing out on?

Imagine if you could make all the ingredients of high performance visible for you and your team?

I believe this tendency to focus only on results as a way of judging performance is leading to burnout, overwhelm, stress, disengagement and a lack of trust and safety in our teams. We need to be looking at performance with a full spectrum view so that we can get a true understanding of what makes it both high and sustainable.

High performance is personal – we are all different. We all have our own areas of strength so a one-size-fits-all approach to lifting team performance makes no sense.

I’ve identified three performance types and the five key strengths associated with each type so you can gain more understanding of your preference for how you think about and approach performance.

We are currently in the Decade of Disruption, and we need new ways of thinking about performance so that it is sustainable. It’s essential for people and teams to understand the 15 key strengths that make up high performance, identify what their own top strengths are and get clear about where their gaps lie. Then we can tap into our top strengths and lift our bottom ones for performance elevation.

Do the quiz (and get by email your custom report) to get clarity about your Performance Type, your Performance Strengths and uncover where the opportunities are for you to lift your performance.
